Wade Freeman leads High Plains Alliance, bringing more than 30 years of Human Resources and not-for-profit leadership experience to the role. Wade has served as President of the Don Bosco Centers and held executive positions at Kansas City Southern, DST Systems and El Centro.Throughout his career, Wade has directed organizations in the successful implementation of leadership, team development and training programs, the effective operation of Human Resources services and the significant expansion of revenues through fundraising, service agreements and real estate development.
